Due to the recent increase in Covid-19 in our expanse, and for the safety of our patients, we are making the following changes effective Tuesday, October 19th.

Pre-Visit Instructions:

  • If you take a phone visit, the provider will be calling yous directly. Delight brand certain that your phone number is up-to-date with usa.
  • If you lot have a telehealth/video call, yous will receive a link via text message or e-post for your appointment.
  • If yous have an onsite-office date, please remain in your car and phone call once you take arrived prior to entering the building. Y'all must wear a mask to enter the edifice.

We Can See You Now


In an endeavor to provide the best possible care to our patients, equally well as protect patients and staff from unnecessary exposure, we are asking that everyone call the clinic first. This clinic will be staffed by a trained medical provider and a clinical team to help assistance you with whatsoever questions and concerns you may have.

If you are experiencing symptoms or have questions most exposure to the virus, we enquire that you start telephone call your local provider's role at 603-752-2040 for Pleasant St. or 603-752-2900 for Page Hill or 603-466-2741 for Gorham and speak with our triage nurse. The nurse will exist available Monday to Fri from 8am to 5pm to answer questions and assist you with scheduling an date, if necessary.

Dr. Bonnie de Vries

It is our pleasure to announce that Dr. Bonnie de Vries has joined the staff of Coos Canton Family unit Health Services.  Dr. de Vries volition meet patients at our Pleasant Street office, and serve in an administrative role as the Chief Medical Officer of the organization.

Dr. de Vries is a board-certified family physician. She earned her medical caste from Albany Medical College, and completed her residency at Maine Medical Heart.  In add-on, she holds a Principal of Scientific discipline degree in diet from Columbia Academy.

Congratulations to Dr. Brian Beals, an NHCT Board member, for being named Pediatrician of the Year past the NH Pediatric Gild!

Dr. Beals has lived in the Berlin-Gorham area for the past 25 years, currently practicing at Coos County Family Health Services and as the pediatric medical director at nearby Androscoggin Valley Hospital. Despite the physical distance between pediatric subspecialty services, Brian has developed several niche areas to enhance his practice in a region that historically has been underserved.

Dr. Beals is a provider, teacher, and advocate for both children and other professionals in his field. He remains a valued resource in his community and goes in a higher place and across to provide exceptional care in the North Country region. Congratulations, Dr. Beals! We are then honored to celebrate you and your achievements!

Each year the New Hampshire Pediatrician of the Yr award is presented by the New Hampshire Pediatric Club to an outstanding doctor who contributes to the comeback of child health intendance in New Hampshire and the United States.

Coming together A Community'south Dental Needs

Coös Family Dental, on Berlin's Main Street, is open to anyone in the community who needs
care. The clinic is filling a need that is specially acute in the North State, where more than two in ten adults have not seen a dentist in the past five years, and very few dental practices are accepting new Medicaid patients.

Dr. Oleksandra Bem

Please welcome Dr. Oleksandra Bem to the North State. Dr. Bem attended medical schoolhouse in the Ukraine, and completed a residency program in Family Medicine at the Academy of Massachusetts at Fitchburg.  Dr. Bem is a Board-Certified Family Medicine physician.

 Prior to joining Family Wellness, Dr. Bem served as a resident doc at the Health Alliance Fitchburg Family unit Do and the Cedar Rapids Medical Education Foundation in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

              CCFHS Welcomes                 Dr. Ian Parker

Please welcome Dr. Ian Parker, Practise, to the Due north Country. Dr. Parker is a graduate of Cornell Academy, and the New York Higher of Osteopathic Medicine.  He completed his residency program at the Country Academy of New York in Stony Brook.  Dr. Parker is a board-certified family unit medicine medico.

 Prior to joining us, Dr. Parker served equally an attending medico at Unity Wellness Searcy Medical Center and the Harris Family unit Practice Clinic in Newport, Arkansas.  In his free time, Dr. Parker enjoys his five dogs, raising livestock and has an interest in sustainable agriculture.

It is our pleasance to announce that Kevin Larochelle, APRN has joined Coos County Family Wellness.  Kevin is a long-fourth dimension Berlin resident.  He attended the White Mountain Customs College where he obtained his Associates Caste in Nursing in May, 2005, and Rivier Academy in Nashua, NH where he obtained his Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Nursing.

 Kevin has previously worked as an LNA and RN at nursing homes and hospitals in the North State, and was previously employed as a Family unit Nurse Practitioner at the primary care practices of the Weeks Medical Heart in Groveton and North Stratford.  Kevin volition serve in our Gorham part.
